Preapproval Instructions

I have been in the industry since 1994.  I have lived in San Francisco/Bay Area my entire life.  I have been teaching classes on how to purchase your first home for over seven years.  I very much enjoy working with first time homebuyers and helping them understand the complex loan programs and the necessary steps to take in order to get ready to purchase.  I also enjoy working with realtors and I teach many classes on Financing for Realtors.  These classes enable realtors to better prepare their clients during the pre-approval process.
